I Bought 5 Copies Of Man 2.0: Engineering The Alpha

It’s no shock that I am going to be drawn to a book that includes the word “Alpha” in the title.

I’ve had Man 2.0: Engineering The Alpha in my hands for about 2 weeks and I have read it twice.

This review is tardy and I’ve avoided all other reviews/podcasts for the purpose of making sure what I write is pure.  It was important for me to be able to articulate how I received the information in what John & Adam wrote from the perspective of a self-proclaimed alpha female.

That said, Engineering The Alpha gave me lady-wood.

Check out THIS TRAILERAdvisory Warning: Some have claimed to want bacon and sex after viewing. Paleo Chef™ and it’s affiliates cannot be held responsible for your increase in Awesome. Should you experience these symptoms you are to NOT seek medical attention and just keep it up!

Can I end the review here? Go and buy yourself a copy.

Just kidding, I’ll go on.

This book is not what you think. It’s not some meathead fitness book. It’s not just a lifestyle book. It’s not even just for men. If you are female btw, this makes a great man gift.

Engineering The Alpha is an actionable guide to authenticity. (Don’t yawn on me yet!)

Your inner alpha is hiding behind layers of fat and a pile of excuses. Do you want bigger muscles? Do you want to lose body fat? Do you want an awesome sex life?

Do you?

They make it idiot proof and quantifiable, so much so that if you don’t turn up your alpha after reading this book you deserve to be beaten with an accountability stick.

No two men are going to read this book and have the same result. That’s because they encourage bettering yourself, not being better than everyone else. While the notion of self betterment is nothing new, the delivery of the concept in this book is transferable.

Don’t just take my word for it, the book foreword was written by Arnold Schwarzenegger. No. Big. Deal. You can read it here: The New Age Of Fitness

Turn the book over, you’ve got Tucker Max, Gary Vaynerchuck and Joe Manganiello quoted!

If that isn’t enough to pull you in, first time author John Romaniello was advanced $1,000,000 to write this book. !?!?!?!  He’s guest posted on Time Ferriss’ blog How a First-Time Author Got a 7-Figure Book Deal.

This book is DRIPPING SWAGU with the names supporting the launch.

After reading Man 2.0:Engineering The Alpha I look forward to reading the female version of Engineering The Alpha. Although, Woman 3.0 sounds more accurate since we are always ahead of the boys.

If you don’t take away the same msg of ‘alpha through authenticity’ that I did from this book at least you’ll have abs.

We ladies like abs.
