Crispy Tuna Wrap

Scavenging a meal over here, Guys. Realizing it’s one of those days where the private chef has a sad looking pantry.
A quick scan and my eyes found a can of tuna and cassava root flour, so I built upon that.
The “bread” is @ottos_cassava_flour, onion powder, walnut oil (because I’m even out of evoo, *ahem* @kasandrinos), water, salt. Pan fried in a cast iron until the outside is flaky-crispy-yummy. I know you know what I mean by that.
Tuna is my tahini tuna recipe, found in my 5 Day EPC Guide with extra pepper flakes.
Topping, @eatnuttzo seven seed butter for crunchy texture. I love texture in my meals.
And fresh dill. ?? For scavenging, this will do. ?

AND, it’s got enough protein and carbs to power me through the next few hours of hustle so I can still show up and do work at the gym tonight. ?? But for real, I need to go to the store tomorrow because that was my last can of tuna. ?
