Meat Chili

I’ve been wanting to make this meat chili for myself for a few days. And now that I have, I’ve used up all my energy for the day and am going to take a nap right after I tell you what’s in it.

Key steps: in ghee and pork fat, browned chopped onions, even charred a bit of it. Then added minced garlic. Followed by cayenne, chili powder, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, sage, cloves, salt, and pepper. Stirred all that, allowing it to open up the spices.
