    Instead of straight up, I sautΓ©ed riced-cauliflower in duck fat + ghee + @dianesanfilippo’s #BBSpices Greek Blend. Heated @sietefoods Cassava Tortillas. Hit it all with lime juice and cilantro. And, OMG. BOMB. 🀀

    My eyes are already lit up from my body saying THANK YOU for the organ meat. More than anything, I want you learning to love offal. I find that I eat less muscle meat and less meat over all when I keep up with my childhood dishes which include things like liver, heart, kidney, etc.
