Check out this 7 foot piece by @wyatt.mills called Barbrodite. I haven’t been able to get it out of my mind since my friend showed it to me. Makes you (well, me) think about the evolution of beauty. Who is really in charge of it that looks like? There is a poem by @nayyirah.waheed that comes to mind that reads, “what is most heartbreaking about an obsession with beauty, is that it begins with a belief that something is ugly.” Something to ponder.
