Vacation Steak
Ok. Ok. Ok. Give me a minute. I ran out to the balcony with so much excitement to snap a photo so I could eat this before it got cold that failed to think about periscope or snapchat or the fact that I was only in a bra. You’re welcome, Neighbors.
This grass fed skirt steak was marinated overnight in @nomnompaleo’s sriracha, Japanese plum wine and fresh ginger.
Cast iron cooked on HIGH heat, then set aside to rest. I deglazed the pan with more plum wine and lime juice to pour over a salsa of papaya, onions, and cilantro.
Served with more lime and avocado. ?? This tastes like vacation. Someone bring me a summery margarita and by margarita I mean a whiskey-ginger on ice. ? #eatplaycrush
