My Practice: Morning Routine

To the questions about if I just drink a bunch of different liquids all at once in the morning, the answer is no. I break it up into two bits, these are the bases.

On the left is the first thing I drink when I wake up, right after brushing my teeth with my hippy diy toothpaste powder.

Left Side: It’s water + acv + black seed oil.

Then I brew my coffee on the stove, old school style. While that cools, I take Charlie out for his morning poo.

When we get back, I wipe him/his paws down. Feed him his raw breakfast. And then I hit up the Right Side: coffee + @phatfudge (cold) + mct oil.

Sometimes this changes. +\- things. Most of the time it does not.

It elates me to have my own creation as part of the line up. Eating my own dog food, if you will.

In about 20 minutes, I’m going to have another two packet of @phatfudge before doing some fitness things.

Why two? Well, yesterday @functionalcoach ate 6 packets, back to back, gaining night vision and began reciting numbers after the decimal in pi long into the dusk. ?
