Talking shop with @terry_heller last night at @plancheck (he’s the owner) he shared this gem in casual convo that I really loved and 100% aligns with #eatplaycrush: People will say you should do this or you should do that before you start. Putting up an OPEN sign in the window has been the most successful strategy in my restaurant. ?

I’m sure I’m paraphrasing, but you get the point. I sold 50 orders of @phatfudge before it was a mature product (still just a popular recipe). In other words, I put it out there that I was OPEN for business and figured the rest out after that.

Look, I’m admittedly not the smartest person in the room. BUT, I’ll put money on the guess that I’m probably the one most willing to grind and figure it out.

It’s not so risky if you’re committed to figuring it out.
