Roasted Aioli Broccoli

Veggies on FLEEK. Roasted Broccoli with an aioli of roasted red bell pepper, garlic salt, black pepper, yellow mustard and walnut butter.
You’re going to see a lot more vegetable dinners from me until May 1 as I’m amidst a fast in which I fast daily from midnight to sundown with some days breaking at Noon or 3 PM, and the focus being meatless meals. This will be fun to showcase vegetables in stereo for the next month between the meaty dishes I’ll be making for my clients.
No scientific purpose for my fast, just a part of my spiritual practice and culture for a long time, long before IF was a buzzy word. It’s deeply personal so I opt not to go into details but don’t worry, I’m a professional.

The only thing that’s a bummer is if I want to get good pics of dinner, I’m going to have to make it early to catch solid lighting. ? May these be the worst of my problems, right?
Cooking up grain-free kosheri right now to catch some sunlit photos too. It’s has lentils which is not on the list of paleo foods but it is grain/gluten/dairy free so if you want me to post it when I’m done, I will. Just say so in the comments below.
