Glazed Citrus Carrots

From Dinner Tonight: Roasted Carrots. Glaze, made separately with Orange Juice, Coconut syrup, Chicken Broth. Brushed on before and after the roast. Spiced (Diary Free/Almond Culture) Mint Yogurt w/ Cayenne and Orange Zest. Chopped Sorrel, Parsley and Pistachios.
First time making this dish and while it turned out pretty good, I know exactly how I want to improve upon it next time I give it a go.
