In the last 365 days: Phat Fudge production issues have been resolved, an expensive AF task. PF has been in the mouths of some of the GOAT individuals. PF is now in retail locations, soon to be Whole Foods as well. This all being done with 0 debt and 0 loans/investments, solely with the help of YOUR pre-orders and orders. (TY!)

I’ve cooked for/worked with epic minds, athletes, ceos, and performers, all of whom were on my feed-list for 2016. I had the oppty to guest chef 4x this year, including my 2nd with Chef Michael Mina in which 1,000 ppl had my dish at the 49er stadium, a PR for people eating my food at one time. Private Chef, so duh.

Launched a YouTube Show with @mixedmakeup, learning A LOT about a new forms of media. And so many more wins that I challenged myself to not be impressed by it, but to expect that this is the natural progression of stubborn, focused, bursting from my soul, hard work.

That said, the last 365 days have also been the most trying for us, collectively, as mankind. I don’t live in a ME world, I live in a WE world. While I have immense gratitude for all the fruits of my labor and the luck of being raised in California, I am also feeling the awareness of what is all around me to my core. For every good day I have, I feel an even greater responsibility to pay it forward in acts of kindness, acts of service, and gained knowledge for the unfamiliar. Please know I’ve had many bad days. And more than a few traumatic ones, so I’m not speaking from a charmed-life history.

I’m not here to change the world. I don’t even know what that means, if I’m being honest. But, I know that I can help change an individual’s world. Maybe even a few in my lifetime, if I’m granted that honor.

I feel that by being myself and sharing, my odds of impacting someone who can and will change the world is greater.
