What are your non-negotiables?

So, we’re basically 60% through 2016. Are you 60% through your annual goals? Sorry, someone did this to me today too. Paying the “favor” forward. ?

Something I know about myself is that I feel my best when I’m training one on one with a coach in a quiet setting. It my time to shut out energy and sound from the external and hand over power to someone that I trust to pay keen attention to my physical limitations and while pay closer to attention to my mental limitations. Then, I push harder against those limits, both physical and mental.

Sure, I’ll dabble in group settings. Yes, I go to a regular gym when I’m not here. Sports, sign me up to play. But, none of those things are a replacement for this very important time I gift to myself and it’s a non-negotiable.

Point: I hope you have something like this for yourself, whether solo, one on one, or in a group setting. Point 2: Don’t bend or apologize for your non-negotiable(s). ?
