How to paleYOU: Avoid things that make you feel like shit, especially if you’re intolerant. When you’re unsure or curious about grey area foods, try them. Let your gut guide you, not the latest best seller.

Today, I try quinoa. I am celiac so gluten is definitely always out. In general I avoid grains and dabble at my own risk when I’m curious.

Remember, despite being known and “The Paleo Chef”, I don’t care what you eat, I care that you care what you eat. So, if you’re a paleo bully, you ought to look away right now because if you negatively comment on this photo you’ll have bad luck for 7 years and I’ll come find you and force you to eat this bowl, one quinoa grain at a time while singing Ob La Di, Ob La Da, Life Goes On, over and over.
